Without a dessert?

The idea of a dessert or a sweet after the meal is not present in the traditional Chinese culture. According to it, everything is supposed to be on the table and people are eating whatever they want, whenever they want it. Mixing the tastes doesn`t really bother the Chinese. For them it is completely natural to bite a piece of chocolate and add some rice with vegetables or mushroom soup.
What I personally find very funny, is that at the restaurants, they usually serve the soup last, completely opposite to the western habit.
